Bernardston Town Hall on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.,

An application has been made by Michael J. Hall, 19 Sawmill Lane, Bernardston, MA, for a
special permit, variance or whatever relief is necessary to use the building for commercial
rental space at 119 South Street, Bernardston, MA. This is the former site of Townsley Plumbing
and Time Travel Antiques. Notice is hereby sent to the applicant and owners of property
affected by this application.

A hearing upon this petition will be held at the Bernardston Town Hall on Thursday,
July 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., at which time you may appear either in person, in writing,
by agent. or by attorney and present reasons which you may have relative to the
granting or denying of this Building Permit.
